    Tasting Room Manager (Full-Time)

    We are looking for someone who is excited to work with a small but growing team and to be on the ground floor of a new brewery.

    A few things to know when visiting our tasting room:

    • Our tasting room is indoors, so no animals except for service animals.
    • Parking available in the lot parallel to Broadway or behind the two RAMP buildings.
    • We have two main entrances: the dock space at the corner of Riverside and Broadway or through the double glass doors in the back parking lot (handicap accessible).
    • We're proud to partner with Booty's Meat Market food truck. We also have local snacks available for purchase.

  • Our Beers

    All of our alcoholic ginger beers are naturally gluten-free. We buy ginger direct from an organic farm in Hawaii, and use organic cane sugar, spices, and citrus juices.

    Currently On Tap

    Original: Our original, award-winning ginger beer, made with Hawaiian ginger, cane sugar, grapefruit juice, habanero pepper, and spices - 5.2% ABV


    Honey Chamomile: Our ginger beer with chamomile tea and a touch of local wildflower honey. Enjoy a touch of sweetness on the front end and floral notes of chamomile on the back end. 5% ABV


    Lime Agave: Our take on a Moscow Mule, Ginger's Revenge: Lime Agave balances ginger heat with fresh lime juice and organic agave nectar. Bright, citrusy, and refreshing. 5% ABV


    Pear Rosemary: Fruit forward with herbal undertones on the back end, Ginger's Revenge: Pear Rosemary blends organic pear juice and rosemary tea. 4.5% ABV


    Dry-Hopped: Our Original ginger beer dry-hopped with Falconer's Flight hops. 5.2% ABV

    Guest Tap: Hillman Beer: Robust Porter, roasty and rich but easy drinking - lots of coffee and chocolate with hints of black currants on the nose. 5.8% ABV

    Food Truck: Booty's Meat Market

    Week of 1/15/18: Food will be available Thursday-Sunday

    Sample menu items include slow roasted chicken with garlic and mushrooms; grilled duck breast; grass-fed burger; wild grilled salmon, an Italian sub with cappocola, genoa salami, sopressata, prosciutto, and asiago; grilled chicken sandwich (or salad) with pesto aioli; salads; and a wide selection of fine charcuterie and cheese. Gluten-free and vegan options available.


    **If it is snowing, raining, or below 40 degrees, the food truck may not be on site. Please call our tasting room at 828-505-2462 to check.**

    Sunday, January 21st: Seasons of Grace Volunteer Information Session

    1:00 - 3:00pm

    Incarcerated women are gardening, growing and transforming their lives in the Seasons of Grace Garden at Swannanoa Correctional Center for Women. Program coordinator Sally Reeske will give a presentation for new prospective volunteers on the efforts of the project in 2017 and plans for the coming year, as well as volunteer needs and requirements.     Saturday, January 27th: Blowing Rock Winterfest Beer Garden

    We're excited to pour ginger beer at the 2nd Annual WinterFest Beer Garden at the Inn at Ragged Gardens. Local and regional breweries will be pouring beer samples and small bites like fire-roasted brats and warm pretzels will be available.     Saturday, February 17th: Beer & Bhangra Dance Workshop with Christine Garvin

    12:30 - 1:30pm

    We're excited to host our second Beer & Bhangra workshop with Christine Garvin Dance + Transform. The event includes a lesson in the basics of Bhangra, the high energy, shake your shoulders harvest dance from Punjab, India; a simple take-home-choreographed dance great for beginners and seasoned dancers alike; performances by Bindaas; and a dance party after the lesson. Tickets include lesson, performances, and a ginger beer of your choice! (Non-alcoholic options available.) Reserve your spot today!

    Thursday, February 22nd: Non-profit Night benefiting Guardian ad Litem Association of Buncombe County

    4:00 - 6:00pm

    Come socialize and grab a drink with current Guardian ad Litem volunteers and staff and learn more about the program - everyone is welcome! A portion of the evening's proceeds will go directly towards GAL's mission of equipping community volunteers to serve abused and neglected children in court by advocating for their best interests in court.
