Ginger’s Revenge is a quickly growing craft brewery in Asheville, NC, specializing in the production of alcoholic ginger beer. We are dedicated to producing exciting and creative craft beverages from sustainably sourced ingredients. We intend to be a force for good in our community, to inspire imagination and adventure, and to have fun! Now in our fourth year of operations, we are looking for someone to play an important support role as the company continues its growth trajectory.

As Executive Assistant to the brewery’s two co-founders, you will be involved in every aspect of the company’s operations including marketing, customer service, sales, bookkeeping, financial analysis, and production. Working for a start-up company means that every day looks a little different, but primary functions will include:
Managing project lists and deadlines
Collaborating with different team members
Screening inbound requests via email, phone, and social media
Organizing and maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical
Ensuring team members have the supplies they need to do their jobs efficiently
Bookkeeping, such as processing customer payments and expense reports
Supporting company non-profit charitable giving initiatives and community partnerships
Coordinating team outings and meetings
Since this is a new position, we are open to both full or part-time employment for the right person. Compensation is based on experience. Employee is eligible for benefits (Paid-Time Off and Employer-Subsidized Health Care Plan) after three months employment.
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets and/or Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
