Open Call for Production Positions

Open Call for Production Positions

Ginger's Revenge is hiring production positions! Do you like solving problems? Do you enjoy tinkering with things? Can you fix anything? Are you passionate about crafting innovative, alternative beverages? What follows is some shameless begging from our Production Manager:

“My talented team needs help!  Apparently our products are pretty amazing and everyone keeps drinking everything we make.  One of the best parts of being part of a rapidly growing company is that there is endless opportunity for defining our own roles within the production team. Because of this, we are putting out an OPEN CALL for passionate folks that love taking ownership of their work, want to be part of a rapidly growing business, and want the opportunity to help shape the future of Ginger's Revenge.  Some areas of responsibility that will see a lot of growth soon are...

  • Quality Assurance and Laboratory work
  • Packaging technical leadership roles
  • Supply chain, logistics, and scheduling

I want to bring on team members that can show aptitude to grow into roles like this.  Experience is secondary.  Before Ginger's Revenge, I was an engineer making diapers and toilet paper and even I turned into an okay Production Manager (if you ask me) and a pretty good cellar operator.  I love it here and I think you will too.”

We are less interested in what you've done than what you're capable of doing. Don't just send us a cover letter and resume (although those are helpful), send us something that shows us what you're made of!

Physical requirements for production positions:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours)
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (lifting up to 55 pounds, safely maneuvering up to 165 pounds)
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments

Full-time positions are eligible for benefits (paid-time off, paid holidays, wellness stipend, and direct-primary-care membership) after three months employment.

2. Send a resume, cover letter, and something that shows us what you’re made of to

You must fill out the application in full to be considered.
