Tasting Room Winter Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4-9pm
Our location can be elusive! Our tasting room is located inside a warehouse on the corner of Riverside and Broadway. We have two main entrances: the dock space at the corner of Riverside and Broadway or through the double glass doors in the back parking lot (handicap accessible).
Join us for a 30 minute tour of our brewery and production facility. Tour times are: Thursdays at 6:00pm, and Saturdays 2:00pm and 5:00pm.
Other Things to Know When You Visit
We do not allow animals inside except for service animals. During warm weather, we do have outside seating for our furry friends.
Parking is available in the lot parallel to Broadway or behind the two RAMP buildings.
We have local snacks available for purchase and a rotating food truck schedule. Check out our events below for a full schedule.

Tasting Room Manager (Full-Time)
We are seeking a well-rounded candidate to manage all aspects of our tasting room. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a memorable tasting room experience for our guests, have strong attention to detail, and be highly organized. This position is full-time.
· Oversee Tasting Room: Open and close the tasting room, reconcile cash drawer, troubleshoot draft beer flow issues, change kegs and provide brewery tours as needed. Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of tasting room employees.
· Guest Experience: Cultivate a welcoming environment for all guests, stay on top of industry trends, and collaboratively lead the tasting room experience.
· Leadership: Oversee profitability of the tasting room by identifying and executing on opportunities to lower costs and increase revenues.
· Inventory: Manage tasting room inventory stock levels and ensure that beer, merchandise, non-alcoholic beverages, and food are stocked. Process, coordinate and ship all online merchandise sales.
· Bookkeeping: Book tasting room sales and expenses.
· Event Management: Schedule and promote events in tasting room including: live music, non-profit events, private events, etc.
· Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Key requirements include:
· Availability to work weekends.
· A love of craft beverages.
· Must be able to lift 60+ pounds.
· Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
· 1+ years working as a bar or tasting room manager.
· 5+ years working in customer service.
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working with POS systems.
· Computer literacy of Google docs and Microsoft Excel.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Lime Agave: Our take on a Moscow Mule, Ginger's Revenge: Lime Agave balances ginger heat with fresh lime juice and organic agave nectar. Bright, citrusy, and refreshing. 5% ABV
Hibiscus Lavender: This ginger beer is bright and tart, with subtle notes of lavender and vanilla. 4.7% ABV
Appalachian Ginger: Limited release ginger beer featuring 100% locally grown ginger sourced from Rayburn Farm in Barnardsville, NC. Flavor notes also include healthy amounts of cinnamon, cardamon, and orange peel. 6.5% ABV
Honey Chamomile: A floral ginger beer with chamomile and a touch of honey sweetness. 5% ABV
